When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, telephone number, optional email address and business name, the truck category and model you are interested in, your intended application, estimated budget, whether you want to ask about financing, and any additional requirements you write.

If you contact Njoki by telephone or WhatsApp, Njoki sees the number you contact from and the content of your messages.

How we use your information

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, provide information and quotations about trucks, and follow up on your request. We do not use your details for unrelated purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Where you ask about financing or a purchase, your details may need to be shared with the relevant seller, supplier or financing provider, and only so far as needed to deal with your request.

Storage and retention

Enquiries submitted through the website form are stored securely in the website administration area and are accessible only to authorised administrators. We keep them for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for reasonable business records, and then delete them.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to function. If analytics tools such as Google Analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated.

Third-party services

WhatsApp links open the WhatsApp service, which is governed by its own privacy policy. Photographs on this website are credited to their photographers on the Image Credits page.

Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where there is no reason to keep it. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
