About the price and payment

• Is the price final, and what is not included?
• What deposit is required, and when is the balance due?
• Will I receive a written quotation or invoice naming the truck?
• Can I ask about financing options?

About delivery and support

• When will the truck be available, and how will it be delivered?
• What does the warranty cover, for how long, and where are claims handled?
• Where can the truck be serviced, and what servicing does it need?

About the paperwork

• Which documents will I receive, and when?
• In whose name will the truck be registered?
